The personalized service and contact you receive is directly with me. I do not subcontract work to other colleagues or consultants. You are asking for my help and you will get my help! Further, I am employed as a Catholic school administrator and very much love my job! As a result, I strategically limit my clients to a very small number at a time to be sure I can fully commit to their needs. 

I am available and well versed to work with all types of Catholic schools. However, I may be most useful to smaller schools seeking local or regional candidates for leadership roles or assistance with financial forecasting, institutional advancement, or board development. Larger, national firms, may be better equipped to support a Catholic school seeking nationwide (or even worldwide) leadership searches and services.   

If your school is not properly trained and equipped with the resources, personnel, and experience to tackle succession planning and leadership searches, then the question becomes: can you afford not to ask for help? Fee structures at large firms are often based on a percentage (usually 30-40%) of the anticipated and final salary, totaling tens-of-thousands of dollars. My fees are based on a very reasonable hourly fee for the estimated scope of work in an initial proposal/agreement. And, this remains flexible throughout our partnership should the scope of work need to be modified along the way.  

Essentially, my service is the same under either format. In most cases, all of what needs to be accomplished can occur remotely through email, shared documents, phone and video calls. However, in-person visits can be helpful for many reasons and is preferred by some. This decision is yours as a school. And, that decision can change if needed. The only impact a change of this nature would have on our agreement would be the costs incurred for travel.
