Assist with long-range financial forecasting and 3-5 year financial proformas to help your school stay on track for sustainability and growth.
Review your school's current initiatives and plans for institutional advancement. Measure to what extent these plans align with your Catholic school mission. Formulate personalized plans for moving your school forward in the areas of enrollment, development, alumni relations, and
marketing and communications.
Explore the roles and relationships between your school board and school leadership (president/principal/head of school). Review (and clarify when necessary) bylaws, protocols, procedures, and polices. Facilitate board retreats to foster collaboration among colleagues and to maximize each member's time, talents, and treasure.
My professional journey into Catholic education was ignited following a life-changing mission trip to Ecuador during my junior year of college.
