Complimentary Consultation

Selecting a new principal, president, or head of school is perhaps the most important decision a Catholic school must make. This process can be arduous and stressful, but it does not need to be that way. I offer a complimentary 30-minute virtual consultation to discuss your school's leadership needs and to go over the search process, its timeline, and your desired outcomes. Following this initial consultation, I follow up within days with a recommended course of action for your school's needs. There is absolutely no cost associated with this initial consultation.

A La Carte Support

I am available on an hourly basis to provide schools, pastors, and boards with advice about their leadership search process. This assistance could include drafting job descriptions, outlining your search timeline, preparing a checklist for your process from start to finish, or general consultation throughout the search when you need assistance. Full Service Support

I offer a complete service that includes partnering with you from start to finish. From initial consultation - to job description - to selection committee assistance - to timelines, interview schedules, and vetting - to candidate selection - to onboarding if needed. This complete service approach can be achieved in-person, remotely, or a hybrid of the two. This decision is up to you and can be adjusted along the way.
